Assoc. Prof Dr. Voon Chun Hong is an associate professor at Institute of Nano Electronic Engineering (INEE), Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia. He is the author of 62 ISI indexed articles, 21 Scopus indexed articles, 62 Scopus indexed conference proceedings and 7 book chapters. His Scopus H-index is 24 with a total citation of 2,757. He serves as the Editor in Chief for Scopus and WOS indexed  journal, The International Journal of Nanoelectronics and Materials (IJNeaM, Impact factor: 0.5 Q4). He actively participated in many international conferences as invited speaker and keynote speaker. He is also a regular reviewer for international journals such as Ceramics International, Materials Chemistry and Physics, Journal of Materials Science: Materials in Electronics, Diamond & Related Materials, Journal of Testing and Evaluation and Nanotechnology.

Research interest:

Synthesis, characterization and applications of nanomaterials, including carbon, SiC and ZnO nanomaterials for application in biosensors, composites and waste water treatment.
