Dr. Shou Feng received his PhD in Information and Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China in 2019, and he was a visiting scholar of Indiana University Bloomington, USA from 2013 to 2015. Currently, he is an associate professor in College of Information and Communication Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, China. His research interests include remote sensing image processing, machine learning, intelligent information processing and their applications. In the last 3 years, he has published more than 20 papers as the first author and corresponding author in IEEE TIP, IEEE TGRS, Remote Sensing, IEEE GRSL and et al, including 2 ESI highly cited papers. He has 10 invention patents granted in China. He was also served as a session chair of IGARSS 2020 and IGARSS 2021, and he is an reviewer for over 20 international journals and conferences in the fields of image processing.
