Biography: 

Longfei Shi received the B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Information and Communication Engineering from the National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, China, in 2000, 2002, and 2007, respectively. He is currently master tutor and deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Complex Electromagnetic Environment Effects on Electronics and Information System(CEMEE).He has long been engaged in the research work of polarimetric radar, radar anti-jamming technology, and so on. As project leader, he chaired more than 10 state-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation. He has published more than 40 academic papers in IET RSN, Chinese science and international conferences , 4 monographs including "polarization Radar signal processing and Anti-jamming Technology" which was selected as the National Important Books Plan and funded by the National Defense Science and Technology Book Publishing Fund.
